Grand Casino Biloxi Quick Review
Although Grand Casino Biloxi sustained major hurricane damage (all of its assets on the south side of Beach Blvd were destroyed,
see photos here), it managed to reopen on August 27, 2006
with a land based casino inside its Bayview Hotel tower. Harrah's
plans to invest over $1B building a new resort and has purchased the Casino Magic Biloxi property next door.
The Grand now consists of a 500 room hotel with a swimming pool and spa, a casino with 800 slots and 25 table games, and four retaurants.
While it is much smaller than it once was, Harrah's has really packed a lot of excitement into the casino while retaining a relaxing
atmosphere in the hotel and spa.
Grand Casino Biloxi Location
Grand Casino Biloxi is at the west end of Biloxi's Casino Strip; Isle of Capri Casino is two blocks away (Casino Magic, which was next door was destroyed by
the hurricane and no longer exists).
The resort is less than one mile east of I-110 and Beau Rivage on Beach Blvd (US-90).

Grand Casino Biloxi Hotel
The Grand Hotel has 500 rooms, each with plasma television and high-speed internet access.
There is convenient garage parking, and a beautiful swimming pool with cabanas. Rooms are equipped with coffee maker and complimentary coffee,
cable television, iron and ironing board.
Cribs and roll aways are free of charge.

Our room, on the eleventh floor in the hotel tower had a beautiful view of
Casino Row and the Gulf of Mexico. It was spacious, well appointed, and perfect in every way.

Dining at Grand Casino Biloxi
With nine restaurants, the Grand has something to satisfy most any appetite.
Asian Cafe is open 24 hours a day and features Asian fast foods (soups, skewers, egg rolls, fried rice) plus snack bar favorites such as
chicken tenders, po-boys, grilled chicken salads, and french fries.
Grand Buffet Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seatings. Features over 100 hot and cold selections, live action made-to-order cooking stations,
various carving stations, and Dungeness crab legs and prime rib nightly.
Lb's Steakhouse serves steaks, prime rib, seafood, fresh fish, other dishes, and fine wine
(most entrees fall in the $20 to $35 price range). Open nightly for dinner.

Pool, Spa, and Golf at Grand Casino Biloxi
Swimming Pool The Grand has a great, large swimming pool and deck located on the lobby level over the street with a view of Casino Row.
Bellisimo Spa & Salon has fitness equipment, a salon (facials, manicures, pedicures),
and the spa (massage, body wraps, mud wraps, steam room, immersion tubs, sauna).
If you have never spaed before, don't be shy, try it here. Check the guidebook in your room
for full details, recommendations, and tips to help you get over any trepidation. There are descriptions of all the
available treatments and the differences betweeen various massages (Swedish, reflexology, etc),
plus friendly tips (like what to wear, to shave or not to shave? etc).
Grand Bear Golf Course is the Grand's highly rated, 18-hole, Jack Nicklaus Signature course. Golf packages are available thru the resort.
Entertainment
The Casino Stage Bar is located in the casino and features live entertainment nightly. The Hotel Lobby Bar offers a more relaxed setting to enjoy
drinks, appetizers, sports events on flat screen televisions, and live music.
